| Abstract | The article that China has not become Pollution Industry Haven by international trade considers that the developed countries have transferred both the pollution industries and the clean industries to China, while China has transferred only the clean industries to the developed countries. Therefore, China may have become Pollution Industry Haven by international trade. But through a further analysis, we finds that both the developed countries and China have transferred both the pollution industries and the clean industries to each other, China has not become Pollution Industry Haven by international trade.
